Orders and Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an email and tracking number when your order has shipped.

An account will be automatically created for you at checkout.

You can edit your shipping address in your account. 

We will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your order with the selected carrier.

We do not keep your credit card on file. No one at Hippi Tea has access to your credit card information. All data is encrypted and sent directly to our trusted credit card processor. 

No. Tea is not a taxable product, so we do not collect sales tax.

We are currently only shipping to US customers.

Returns and Exchanges

We can not accept any returns or exchanges.
