As I mentioned in my last post, stress is extremely bad for you. What are some other things that can reduce stress?
Spending time with family and friends! I know in this time, given social distancing, this is much more difficult. But this too shall pass and we’ll be back to spending time with family and friends. I’d like to see us start spending quality time with our friends and family, not drinking alcohol, but drinking tea!
The tradition of drinking tea together goes back many centuries and is more prevalent in eastern cultures than in the west. I think we should adopt it in the west. It is such a beautiful experience to share quality tea with family and friends while socializing and enjoy each other’s company.
What better stress reducer than that? I guess it depends on your family and friends!
